In today’s environment it’s not enough to produce a high quality piece in a timely manner, you must also lavish the customer with service and information. This is where Calmark stands out amongst its peers. Our large Customer Service and Production Departments allow us to focus on you, the Customer.

Communications and Customer Service

Before your stock and list arrives we will already have had at least one pre-production meeting between Customer Service, Production and Data Processing to make sure everyone understands your needs and to ensure a quick and smooth startup. As your project runs at Calmark, we are in daily contact with you.

Every morning you get reports on:

■Previous day’s production counts

■Inventory levels

■Mailed quantities

We also have daily production meetings between your Customer Service Account Manager and Production Managers. We review the status of your promotion, resolve any issues, and generally insure your promotion is going as smoothly as possible. You are allowed to review your promotion every step along the production way. We give you sign-offs before we begin each step of the production process. This assures both you and us that we are doing exactly what you want, when you want, how you want it.

Customer Retention Rate

Calmark maintains one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry. By continually focusing on the customer and service we have over a 95% retention rate. We do not have a large customer base, but the ones we do have stay with us for a long time. Many of our customers have been with us over 10 years.
